Vivek brings 25+ years spanning enterprise technology and real estate commercial leadership. Over a decade leading Sales, Marketing, CRM, and investor capital raise at a leading Bangalore residential developer — instrumental in the delivery of over 1,500 homes across the city. At ONEX, he leads vision, development strategy, capital partnerships, and investor relations. Featured in India Today, Moneycontrol, and Construction Times.

Prabhakar brings 27 years in residential construction — beginning as a Planning Engineer at Kolte-Patil Developers, then 18 years at Corporate Leisure and Property Development rising from Engineer to General Manager — Projects, overseeing highrise apartments, villas, and commercial spaces. He has personally overseen over 80 lakh sq. ft. of residential construction across Bangalore. At ONEX, he leads all project planning, design coordination, construction execution, and delivery. B.E.
